Hi Ho, hi ho, it's off to Work I Go

That's right people, I am officially employed again.....at Woolies!

But don't get me wrong I am still classing myself as a stay at home mum as my hours will be 4 hours a night when Luke is home from work. Woolworths is very family friendly and they are doing everything to give me the hours I need/want so that I can still spend the majority of my day with Charlie Girl.

Yesterday I had a 10 hour induction. This produced only one problem..LEAVING CHARLOTTE FOR 10 HOURS!!....this was the most time  I had spent away from my daughter and whilst some people jump at the chance to 'escape', I was a mess.

I am very lucky to have my friend Emily who I have mentioned on countless occasions here. Em jumped at the chance to watch Charlie and as terrified I was of leaving Charlie, there is no one I would trust more so Em took Charlie for the day! Of course everything was fine, apart from me lol I cried leaving my bubba ( I'm an emotional person you may have noticed). But once I got to work I didn't have time to worry and it turned out to be a great day, and Charlie seemed to behave for Em for the most part ( yes I checked in a couple times, I couldn't help it).

I am excited about working again, but only for a few hours a day. I can now save for a few things I would never been able to buy on our single income..these are a few things I am saving for.

1. A Canon EOS 7D Twin Lens Kit DSLR
2. A new Queen Size bed (ours broke in the move and we've been on a double ever since which isn't good for us as we aren't exactly a small couple )
3. A Timber Hutch ( all my glasses are still packed away as I have no where to put them)
4.  A kitchen chopping block
5. MY HALF SLEEVE TATTOO!

This is almost $10 000 worth of savings here so it may take some time but I am focused.
