A Handmade Present For Rosie!

After getting a bit excited about learning to sew I decided to make my friend Rosie a craft/utility apron for her birthday. Emily and I also decided to make one each for ourselves as well and we found some bright and funky fabrics at our local drapery. Em found a great pattern here.

The aprons turned out fantastic!! And Em has already put hers to good use while working in the garden. It has plenty of pockets for plenty of bits and pieces!

Luke, Charlie and I drove the 6 hours to Maryborough over the weekend and visited Rosie's amazing family farm and wished her a very happy birthday.....and she loved the apron!! YAy!!
